Our method expands on the classic conditioning system created by the visionary, Joseph Pilates. We integrate a holistic wellness system to address the common health concerns of our times. We encourage the use of simple house hold items as apparatus tools. Think, shampoo bottles for weights. Simplicity is key to stay disciplined in your practice. We will guide you every step of the way until you’re fluent in our system.

Practice and discipline is the way to expand our reach and share healing knowledge with everyone. Our dream is to create a generation of women that are keenly in touch with their bodies.

  • A classic pilates class using our JET®pilates laws to apply to your body in motion. This is our CLASSIC pilates mat class and a perfect introduction to our unique method and teachers. This is a total body workout. We are versed in injury recovery, pre and post-natal bodies, pelvic floor health and dysfunction. This is a classic mat pilates movement modality that incorporates our everyday items as apparatus pieces for assistance with transitions. We are working on our strongest mind, body connection.   • These are community group meet ups. They are designed to deepen community bonds and friendships. We meet and walk exploring your body in motion.   • We MOVE to music and sweat with signature JET pilates choreographed movements. Take this class in a live studio or live virtual room with our up-beat world class instructors . This is a high intensity fitness class, with integrated CLASSIC pilates principles and interwoven dancer movements. Designed to increase endurance, coordination and improve all metabolic processes.
